"You must be the change you wish to see in the world." – Mahatma Gandhi

Hi, I’m Dr. Vaida Kurseviciene, a licensed psychologist. I offer a supportive space for individuals and couples who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in difficult patterns.

In individual work, I help people struggling with anxiety, overthinking, burnout, or perfectionism. Many of my clients also come to me when they no longer feel like themselves in their careers, relationships, or family roles, or when they find it hard to set boundaries and honor their own needs.

In couples therapy, I support partners who are caught in repeated arguments, feeling emotionally distant, or living more like roommates than lovers. I also help couples heal after betrayal or broken trust, and navigate challenges like cross-cultural differences, in-law tensions, and family stress.

As a Gottman Method trained therapist and certified Gottman Seven Principles Leader, I use practical, research-based tools to help couples communicate more effectively, manage conflict, and rebuild closeness. I especially enjoy working with high-achieving professionals, entrepreneurs, and people navigating cross-cultural identities or balancing different cultural and family expectations.
